Dear Parents,
When LPA students are out of school due to inclement weather, they will engage in remote learning lessons. These consist of hard copy assignments sent home by teachers that must be completed while students are off campus and returned when the normal school schedule resumes. Any student who is absent when remote learning packets are sent home, will be expected to make up the work when the normal school schedule resumes. Do not hesitate to call or email teachers if you have questions about this process. Both Districts 55 and 56 have announced school closures on Monday, February 2, 2026.
